Personal Injury Attorney Jennifer N. Williams, an associate with McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates, joined the firm in 2003. She works primarily in the Columbia office and practices in the areas of automobile accidents, workers' compensation, wrongful death, premises liability and all forms of personal injury. Ms. Williams received her B.P. from Miami University in 1990, and her J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1994. While in law school she worked with the Massachusetts District Attorney Association and completed an internship with the office of Attorney General in Massachusetts.Ms. Williams was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1994, the South Carolina Bar in 1994 and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 1995. She is currently a member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, and has served as Chairperson of the Military Law Section of the South Carolina Bar. Ms. Williams is a Captain in the United States Army Reserves, assigned to a Judge Advocate General's Unit, 12th Legal Support Organization, at Fort Jackson.
